Everything is planted by our care and harvesting is done early in the morning before breakfast,but if you want you can help us.
This spring we planted:
Bovin hart tomatoes
- Basilic,Parsley,Chives,Rosemary,Thyme and Sage.
- Green peppers
- Round zucchini to stuff
With the surplus of our vegetables we make Mediterranean dishes for our friends.
At the end of the meal to digest we have home made liquor with fennel flowers and myrtle,arbutus.
I also have a passion to make jars for the winter with our summer vegetables.
But luckily everything here,through exchanges with our adorable neighbors we receive the fruits of their garden (no pesticides) so I made with their fruits and wild berries marmalade for breakfast for our B & B guests.
